Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
You may exchange your unburned candle for a different scent of the same size. You will be responsible for return shipping.
We inspect every single item that we send out the door and ensure it is in pristine condition. Every candle is packaged in bubble wrap and packaging materials to keep it safe and padded in transition. We are not responsible for any damages incurred during the shipping process. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns/exchanges/refunds/replacements for something that may be damaged. If your candle arrives broken - please contact the United States Postal Service with your tracking number for shipping refunds.
